Job Responsibilities
- English class teacher
- Design and develop lessons and class activities using our school-based curriculum
- Develop and prepare teaching materials to support children’s learning
- Assess and monitor students’ development and progress through observations, reports and communication with parents on a regular basis
- Work independently and as a team with the Putonghua and Co-Teacher within a classroom
- Foster a love of learning and reading in the classroom
- Build confidence and self-esteem in children through play, music, arts and drama
Job Requirements
- Native English speakers
- Relevant experience in a kindergarten setting working with children aged 2-6 years
- Experience in writing lesson plans, portfolios and progress reports
- Cater to different children’s learning needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible, self-motivated and passionate in teaching
- Early Childhood teaching qualifications and / or experience will be an advantage
- A team player and a joyful educator
